Requirements:

•     Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician required.
•     Previous experience with Hyundai and/or Kia vehicles preferred.
•     Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues.
•     ASE certifications or willingness to obtain them.
•     Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
•     Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
•     Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
•     A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

•     Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various makes and models of vehicles.
•     Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment.
•     Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and cost estimates.
•     Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards and guidelines.
•     Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices through continuous training.
